New build house

Six bedroom, 300m² detached high quality bespoke dwelling.  Situated on a vacant plot of land in an established area of St. Helens. 

The brief, as developed with the client, called for a large, comfortable family home that could grow and adapt as the young family grew and matured. 

The challanges were primarily that of bungalows adjacent one side of the plot, requiring a sensitive solution that did not overbear on the lower properties and minimising over shadowing and over looking.

The accommodation comprises of the ground floor double height entrance hallway with open staircase, formal living room, open plan kitchen / dining room, family room, conservatory, wc, utility room and garage.  Master bedroom with walk in wardrobes and en suite, two double bedrooms and family bathroom to the first floor.  To the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite, single bedroom and study.  To the rear there is a detached summer house / games room.




Two storey extension

100m² two storey extension to an existing two bedroom end terrace of four.  The accommodation to the ground floor added an additional large living room and open plan kitchen / dining room.  The existing kitchen was converted into a utility room and wc.  To the first floor, two double bedrooms where added and en suite to the Master.  A detached storage building / artists studio was later added under Permitted Development to the rear garden.
